By providing exceptional service and paying attention to all the tiny details, we aim to take the stress out of event planning. We strive to deliver more than anyone else in the industry and provide a one-of-a-kind experience for you!
Once you fill out the contact form, we will get in touch with you within 2 days for a consultation call. In this call, we'll get to know each other better and make sure we're on the same page. We'll also discuss the event in more detail, so we can create a quote based on your needs and expectations.
Once we've sent and agreed on your quote, we'll send over an invoice contract for you to sign. We require a 25% deposit to be paid upfront, and the remaining balance to be paid after completion, After that, it's all systems go for planning!
During the planning process, we will meet with you regularly so we can keep track of progress, answer questions as they arise, and make sure everything goes smoothly. We will create a timeline and will create a folder for all your files such as a vision board, planning workbook, and inspiration.
